Crawling Stage – A Natural Process

Crawling Stage - A Natural Process

Crawling Stage is the most important and interesting stage in the life of a baby. It is the stage that prepares the child for the first steps on the toilet. The baby would want to crawl when still very young. However, it is not easy to begin crawling because it requires a lot of energy.

Crawling Stage is a way for the baby to determine what kind of toilet is in its mother’s womb. This is a time when her/she would know the difference between warm and cold water. Also, his body would begin to prepare itself for more physical activity. Once the baby reaches this stage, he could walk and talk.

Baby’s Development Stage

We cannot say that the crawling stage is the end of this baby’s development and it would go on to the toddler stage. The toddler stage is when the baby would want to develop its motor skills. In this stage, it would be hard for the baby to hold itself up and move around. At this stage, the baby would be familiar with handling objects and even needs help from the parent.

Crawling Stage begins with the mother carrying the baby in her arms. It does not take long for the baby to crawl to the toilet. However, it is not the time when it would need assistance from the parent.

Crawling Is Not Limited

As soon as the baby starts to crawl, the mother is supposed to pat the baby or stroke it’s head. Crawling means that the baby wants to be caressed by the mother. If the baby’s head is tilted to the side, the mother should stand up and put the baby on her lap. Crawling is not limited to mothers alone but could also be enjoyed by the parents.

Some parents would prefer to use their own body to help the baby do the possible movements. They would want to feel the baby’s warm skin on their bodies.

When the baby starts to crawl, it would start to learn about the basic movements needed to climb on a toilet seat. It would also learn about standing, walking, sitting, crawling, and moving the bowels. After this, the baby would learn how to sit on the toilet, how to get off the toilet, and at what place the toilet should be used.

At the toddler stage, the baby would want to sit on a toilet, sit down on a toilet seat, and then start to touch the bowl of the toilet. This means that the baby will know where the toilet should be used. It is also important to know where the toilet should be used so that the baby will not be tempted to fall off the toilet.

Child Need Assistance

During this stage, it is important to ensure that the baby will not get up on the toilet when the baby is crawling. If it happens, the baby would be hurt because the baby’s body would be weak. Even if the baby would get up to the toilet to avoid injury, the child would still need assistance from the parent.

By the time the child reaches the crawling stage, the child would have grown to be able to crawl at a young age. In fact, the child could crawl without being told to do so. This is the reason why the child is called the streetwalker.

Final Verdict

Parents should consider including their children in play dates with other families. This is especially if the parents and other family members would have young children of their own. This is an opportunity for them to talk about family life and the role of a parent.

The crawling stage is a normal learning stage that would be experienced by a baby. It would be fun and exciting for the child so parents can expect the crawling stage to continue until the child reaches the toddler stage.
